Dear coworkers and members -
Dear friends of Tadah

The Federal Council has tightened the measures to contain the Covid19 pandemic as of January 18.

However, the doors of Coworking and Kids Space are still allowed to remain open according to federal and cantonal guidelines. So we can make compatibility possible even in these difficult times. Because working from home when you have small children and no alternative or care options is simply not possible.

From January 18, masks will be compulsory everywhere in our space. The mask may only be removed when you are alone in a room or when you are eating or drinking.

In addition, we continue our hygiene measures as usual, airing and disinfecting every hour.

We hope that the measures taken by the federal government and the cantons will be effective and do our utmost not to be part of the problem ourselves.

We have compiled the most important questions and answers for you.

DISTANCE: How does Tadah ensure the distance of 1.5 meters?
We have rearanged the coworking space. There is a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between each workstation.
For the meeting rooms, the following applies:
With mask:
Pirmin: Maximum occupancy 6 people; Marthe: Maximum occupancy 12 people.

HYGIENE: What are the hygiene measures in the coworking space?

  • Disinfectant is available at the reception. All visitors are asked to either wash their hands or disinfect them.
  • All workstations and surfaces are disinfected daily.
  • Frequently touched areas such as door handles, coffee machine, etc. are disinfected every hour.
  • Airing will be done on an hourly basis.
  • Visitors must hang their own clothing/jackets.
  • Coffee cups and other dishes are washed in the dishwasher only.
  • No cups, glasses, dishes or utensils will be shared.

RECEPTION: How are employees protected?
At the reception desk, a plexiglass screen protects our community managers - and therefore our customers. In addition, our employees must also wash their hands regularly with soap or disinfectant.

KIDS SPACE: What do these measures mean for Kids Space?

  • In view of the worsening epidemiological situation throughout Switzerland, Kibesuisse recommends that masks be worn as a matter of principle, with well-documented exceptions (which caregivers had close contact with which children without suitable protection such as a hygiene mask).
  • The distance of 1.5 meters between employees as well as between employees and parents is maintained whenever possible. If possible, the handover of the children takes place outside of Kids Space. If parents, in consultation with staff, nevertheless enter the premises, they will be asked to disinfect their hands.
  • If possible, children should only wash their hands with soap and only disinfect in an emergency.
  • Children with symptoms are not allowed to be in the Kids Space.
